Missing samples for 8th time in a row!!
My last eight online orders were missing my samples, so 24 in total and
also my Sunday Riley UFO, so four of those in four different orders so
400 points. I called twice to customer service they would...

I had this happen to me once before. After the order, I e-mailed
customer service and got responses very quickly. You'll get some
standard responses to start. But if you explain the situation
thorough...

You must load a profile picture and answer all of the profile questions
related to hair, eye color, skin type, etc. If you've already one this
before September 1st you have to re-save your selections so the points
can be allocated to your account.

Don't give up! lol. Trust me I did this yesterday and thought what the
hell but if you complete the requirements they ask for them they'll give
you more points.

Is it all a hoax? Premium samples displayed to entice customers, but
their selections not even added to the packing list? Like they were
never intended to be added into the order! A small thing? Maybe...

I don't get it either. Last 3 orders I had NONE of my samples. Why
bother have us pick them out if your just gonna toss whatever in our
order? I'm sure the companies that provide samples to Sephora wouldn't
like to hear that we never get them.

Very upsetting the whole bear situation. I really wanted one seems very

App Issues
Every time I try to post a photo to my looks on my profile page, the app
crashes. Also wouldn't let me post a photo on a product review. App is
latest version.

desktop site instead? sometimes apps can't handle doing certain things,
