authorization, and you aren't charged until your items shipped. That
initial auth of the full amount should settle off of your accoun...

I have two accounts, one I don’t use anymore because I got locked out of
and had a change of email addresses. But now I’m able to log back into
it but wanna combine those points and my Rouge status with my new
account. Can I do this?

Birthday Gift didn’t show on checkout
I am a VIB Rouge and my Birthday was yesterday. I placed an order this
morning and never got a prompt to add my Birthday gift. What should I
do? I don’t want to go all the way to the mall to get my gift.

my sister's wedding is in a couple of months, so I need to try long
