Birthday Gift didn’t show on checkout

I am a VIB Rouge and my Birthday was yesterday. I placed an order this morning and never got a prompt to add my Birthday gift. What should I do? I don’t want to go all the way to the mall to get my gift.

Did you look under "Redeem your rewards"? That's where the option will pop up and it will let you check it off. It is right next to "select your samples".
