VIB Intro Packet

Hi, I made VIB two purchases ago. However, my intro packet did not come with my purchase. I went into the store last week and made another purchase so I could get my packet, but the store was all out. I would like to make another purchase but I would like to use the 10% coupon in the intro packet. Please help!
