Wrong Item

I ordered the Play limited edition #1 and every order confirmation I received said #1, however I was disappointed to find box #2 arrived today. I know they are sold out now, however the company never informed me that my box was changing. I have attached a screen shot of my confirmation that says shipped and includes my order number, as well as a picture of the box I received. Is there a way the correct box can be shipped? Will these be back in stock so that this can be fixed?

I think everyones were switched because I got l and ordered ll. Also my samples were not what I picked.

Also in a separate order I received today, none of the samples were included in my box.
