Hi @phatthariya, @quspork is correct. You must spend that amount before
the end of 2017 to re-qualify for VIB if you would like to remain VIB
next year, 2018. Everyone's Year to Date Spend resets to $...

out of stock after order was placed
I ordered a couple of things a few days ago when it was in stock i got
my confirmation and today when everything else shipped on of the items

Same thing happened to me! I ordered a gift set yesterday, when it was
in stock. I checked my order history just now, it shows OUT OF STOCK!!
But I checked the product page then, it is still in stock now!! I don't
understand why.

Missing Order
My order was marked as delivered yesterday but I never received it. I
waited until today (because it says to wait 3 days) in case it was
delivered to a neighbor or wrong street and no such luck 😞 Please help!

Website Unusable On iPad.
I can’t use the website, color IQ, get to lip or concealer or even
return to a previous page. This has been going on for several days now.
Also, I can’t even ask for a notification when something is out of
