Sephora affiliate program help

Hi, I’ve just registered to the affiliate program through Rakuten/Linkshare. I only see Sephora aus and br and not a us option.. do I have to reapply via Sephora.com? I would be entering the same info so I don’t think that will work, can someone please help? starting a website and would love to share all of my amazing products! I’m currently a vib rouge;-)
