'Flash shipping'

I made an order online early morning Saturday 10/21 via Sephora.com and so did my sister-in-law later that day. I supposedly got flash shipping on my order and my sister-in-law had to get ground shipping due to shipping restrictions YET we are both getting our order on the same day [Wednesday] ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”and We live in the same state and city.
