Gift Card Order Cancelled

I don't understand why it is so difficult to get an answer from anyone from Sephora. I ordered online using two gift cards. I even got an e-mail confirmation. After checking on my order I randomly saw that it was cancelled but the funds have been deduced from my cards!

I tried their contact e-mail and still no response 3 days later.

I would love an explanation as to why the order was cancelled in the first place but also how they charged me for something they ended up cancelling! Any ideas?
