Order STATUS: Unsuccessful Authorization
Hi, I've tried to purchase online twice already and both times my
purchases were cancelled as unsuccessful authorization. What is going on
and how I can prevent this from happening? appreciate some help pls!

Are Sephora points transferrable?
I have 2 accounts at sephora for some reason. One of these accounts has
114 points because I bought one thing on it but the other account is the
one I use regularly. Can I get these 114 points transferred to my other
main account?

Yes, points are transferable. You should post this question into the
Customer Support group and a MOD should help you. - LOL just saw that

Confused about my order and payment.
My PayPal payment says pending authorization, I look on my phone app and
it says that 2 items add to cart? And my confirmation email it says on
my last item I purchased is now out of stock? Please help me.

@eas SAME HERE! I never got my issues resolved. I'm so disappointed I
actually went to retailer. My beauty bank is a mess and I was never
refunded points for items that were rewards but cancelled. I feel your
pain. Hope you get answers.
