Package Late

I ordered a package on the 21st paid for one day flash shipping. Got email saying my package would arrive on Friday the 24, that is today. I even got an email from UPS saying my package is scheduled for delivery today. I just checked tracking and the package is not even in my state so there is no way I will get it today. Does Sephora give refunds on issues like this.
