Order STATUS: Unsuccessful Authorization

Hi, I've tried to purchase online twice already and both times my purchases were cancelled as unsuccessful authorization. What is going on and how I can prevent this from happening?

Hi @Anonymous.  When you receive notification about an unsuccessful authorization, our systems were not able to verify information associated with your order, such as billing or shipping, and the order was cancelled. What you see in your account is a pending authorization. Once an order is cancelled, we reverse the funds immediately, and depending on your financial institution, it can take 1-7 business days to reflect in your account.
