WTF -- canceled order

FOR THE THIRD TIME, Sephora has canceled my single order.  I ordered about $300 (not a crazy dollar amount) during the VIB event.  Of course Sephora cancels my order WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME due to an "unauthorized payment".  Its completely crap.  My card works perfectly fine when I'm in the store and ON EVERY OTHER WEBSITE. 

 

it feels like an excuse not to honor discounts.  I will be reporting this to the BBB and the California attorney general's office.  I could understand an honest mistake once, but this is the third time its happened during a VIB sale, and no one will return the email I sent inquiring about the issue.

@eas SAME HERE! I never got my issues resolved. I'm so disappointed I actually went to retailer. My beauty bank is a mess and I was never refunded points for items that were rewards but cancelled. I feel your pain. Hope you get answers.

I sat on the phone for 40 minutes trying to resolve. It’s still unresolved and I have to wait for solution services to fix. All I want is a 20% coupon so I can go in store and buy what I originally ordered. I really don’t understand what’s so hard about that and why Sephora couldn’t solve when I finally ended up being able to talk to someone.

No one has responded to me. I’m asking for a simple solution that Sephora can’t seem to offer after 5 emails, this posting and a 40 minute phone call.
