Received someone else’s package

I ordered the fenty palette along with some things I wanted to spend points on and I received someone else’s package. I’m pretty bummed about this because the things I ordered could go/are out of stock and if I can’t get what I paid for then I won’t be getting my one Christmas present for the year.
