requested are no longer in stock, they should substitute them. We do pay

read more not working
When using the app, the read more doesn’t work. So i can’t expand and
read any responses. Even my own. Is there a fix for this? Or is Sephora
going to update the app to address this? I’m using the latest iOS

Hi! It’s in the app, on the communities/groups pages. If someone’s
response is too long, you just can’t read it. I use the latest iOS and
my app is up to date.

So sorry this happened! I had a damaged Sephora Favorites kit and
couldn’t get a replacement because it was sold out. I understand it’s
their busy season but this is a little ridiculous. I hope your exchange

Color IQ matches from your account, however, you can always update it,
if you'd like. Once you've logged into your online account...

There needs to be an option to delete IQ colors. No one's complexion is
the same all year round. Also, there are other factors that can
contribute to a change in complexion.

I made a purchase this past Friday (11/24). I read online that orders
usually take 1-2 days to process, but mine is still processing. Did

Sephora is having issues with processing/shipments. Past 3 weeks there
were some sales and quite a few people still haven't got their order
from around the 10th. I ordered some stuff on the 18th, still in
progress. Expect at least a week or more.. 😕
