Damaged merchandise

I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of my first viseart palettes from the recent sale. I was concerned when I heard all of my products rattling around in the box. I had several pressed powder items in the order. Unfortunately both viseart palettes were damaged. One has three dislodged and chipped shadows and the other has a broken shadow. The other items had more secure manufacturer's packaging so they were not damaged. I'm extremely disappointed that my products were sent with total disregard for the condition they would be in once I received them. Merely placing a piece of brown paper on top of very expensive eyeshadow palettes is unlikely to prevent damage during transit, not to mention the hassle for the customer who receives the broken merchandise.viseart theory palette damaged shadowviseart dislodged pansviseart damaged shadowsviseart dislodged pans migrate on top of other pans with cover closed when tilted

Call Sephora customer service. They will have you ship back the item and send a replacement (or go to your local store to return for replacement).

So sorry this happened! I had a damaged Sephora Favorites kit and couldn’t get a replacement because it was sold out. I understand it’s their busy season but this is a little ridiculous. I hope your exchange will be easy and painless!
