I would shop elsewhere. I agree, Sephora just taunts it customers about
"matching their profile." Zero effort. Sephora should be rewarded, by
having us unsubscribe, and go elsewhere.

You can return it and get your money back as long as you have your
receipt [which you do] OR you can exchange it for something else and
still get that VIB Discount. Only@if it's an exchange.

Haven’t received order
