Haven’t received order

I haven’t received my order because my apartment number is missing. It’s H216. I also want to change color from light medium to medium. When I didn’t get order, I bought at store and turns out, color is too light. Please update and send my order.

@Anonymous you should call customer service to get immediate help. I don’t think you can modify an order once it’s been made but you can always go to the store and exchange it for the right shade.
