Lasership

Hi i had an order delivered via lasership today and it is no where to be found. I have called and place a complaint with them but they were less than helpful and after reading reviews i have no hope to get my package back. Is there any way someone can help me with this? I am so disappointed in Sephora using this service as i usually shop online and with the off chance of it getting shipped via lasership i don’t think i will any further.

I’m in the same boat as you 😞 super surprised when I got home yesterday only to find out that my package wasn’t delivered even though it was listed that way when I clicked on the tracking number. I actually didn’t call Lasership, but called Sephora instead. They issued a re-delivery for me that’s being processed right now and asked that I give customer service a call to cancel it if the first one shows up before the 2nd is shipped. Having read the reviews of the shipping company, I highly doubt that’ll happen though. 

On a side note, after googling Lasership and reading about how everyone has had so many problems with them, I called Sephora’s customer service to see if it was possible for them to use either UPS or USPS (or pretty much anything besidesLasership haha) instead for the re-delivery and the rep said no. BUT if it happens again, he said they’ll call them for me to find out what’s going on.....I don’t know how helpful that is though??

Anyway, I’m keeping my fingers crossed!
