VIB sale returns

I bought something during the VIB sale for someone, but they already have what I bought. Am I able to return it? I bought it less than 30 days ago and have the receipt, but I’m not sure how the return policy works when the item was 20% off. I was told normally you can get a refund within 30 days and up to a year for exachage. Thanks!

You can return it and get your money back as long as you have your receipt [which you do] OR you can exchange it for something else and still get that VIB Discount. Only@if it's an exchange.
