Where's my order?

On the 3th of October the payment of my play sephora subscription was confirmed! and to this day my order goes on slope! When will it be sent? How long can this process take?

I’m pretty sure this has been answered in like, 20 other threads, but the FAQ states that packages arrive 3-5 days before or after the 20th of the month. If it doesn’t show up before the 31st call and inquire. There’s still quite a bit of time within the given frame, though. Hope this helps
