I'm not seeing a "chat" option for customer service, either. It used to
be an option in the "Contact Us" section. If other people are also not
seeing a chat option, I'm guessing Sephora has stopped offering it??

Hi everyone, I have a question on reward points.If I don't use it off

Hey @Summer2004, reward points only expire if your account is inactive
for 18 months. Sephora only resets the dollar spent at the beginning of
the calendar year.

Hi @Summer2004, your points only expire if your account is completely
inactive for 18 months. If you make a purchase, redeem points or your
birthday gift once every 18 months, your points will continue to roll
over!
