Opened and Damaged Item

I ordered a Fresh sugar lip lovelies online for my friend and just came in the mail today.  The design of the package is like a tootsie roll.  The ends are both ripped , bows are barely attached to the package.  Packaged seems to have been opened prior to shipping.  Please Help!!!!  I can't give this out as a gift!
