Lost package

I emailed Sephora at least two weeks ago about the lost package and nobody responded to me. It is frustrating, as it was regarding the order I placed on November 4.

The tracking information says that the package was delivered on November 15, but the information actually was not updated until November 19. The tracking information on November 15 said that the package was at the sorting facility (and it didn't change until November 19). I contacted the delivery company on November 16 to check the real status of the package. They told me it was at the sorting facility and it will be delivered to me as soon it is transferred to my local branch. Suddenly on the evening of November 21 I get a notification that my package was delivered. I went outside and there was nothing. And also the tracking information was updated to "Delivered on November 15". I contacted the delivery company and they told me to contact the shipper. Yet, I have not heard from Sephora since emailing them 2-3 weeks ago.
