Order Insight

So I placed 3 separate orders on November 21st with flash shipping. As shown on the screenshot, it says shipping will not be affected, however tracking has not changed since November 27th. This is for all three orders. Curious what held up my orders and when I’ll be receiving them. I’d appreciate your assistance!

OMG this is exactly what I'm going through too and NO ONE will reply. I have ordered 5 different orders after this and have gotten those....but I'm still waiting for my nov 21 and 22nd orders. Delayed is one thing but this is ridiculous!

@iwantallmakeup my issue was resolved, all three orders lost in transit. So I got a refund. If you haven’t gotten yours, I’d reach out again.

Yeah I’ve gotten all my orders after the 21st, so frustrating! Haven’t had this issue with any other retailers. Well hopefully someone replies. I know my last message to customer service took like 5 days to get an answer. I know it’s the holidays, but there should be a better system in place. @iwantallmakeup
