No samples AGAIN

So I was actually really excited for the two free samples I asked for in my most recent order (both Boscia) and once again, my samples are nowhere to be found. This time they aren’t even on the packing slip despite being in my email confirmations. I usually don’t ask for samples because of this issue, but was really looking forward to trying these products out. The last time I ordered samples I was looking forward to, they gave me different ones. What gives, Sephora?!
