Broken Palette Received

Hey! I received the Colour Pop take me home eye shadow palette that I ordered online (#8416474198) and it is damaged (as seen in attached picture). I see I can no longer find the palette online to reorder, but is there a way you can look in stores and have a new one shipped to me? Thanks for your assistance!
