I called about my missing points. They are updating the accounts for
2018. They said to log back in to the account later today the points
will be back.

My points??
What happened to my points? I had 3000!?? And now they’re gone? How else
are you supposed to get the bigger gifts by just yanking away all that
hard work? I’ve spent way too much money at this company to just lose
them. Answers???

Visa Gift Card Error..
I keep getting this error message when I try to check out using a Visa
gift card...all the info re: the card is correct. How would the billing
address match what my visa gift card doesn't have on file...

@GG84, you have to set up a temporary "billing address" for the Visa
gift card. Just call the number on the back of your gift card to have a
representative help you set it up.

I'm not sure if they can combine the gift cards in stores but I know you
can call CS at 1(877)SEPHORA when placing your online order and they
will help you combine the gift cards @BadetiBeauty.
