Rouge Status Restored but points are gone.

Hi, earlier this morning my rouge status was obliterated. Although my log in and name remained the same. Happened to many BI members as well. Right now I logged back in and saw that my BI Rouge Status has been restored, but all my points are still gone. I have over 1000 points. Is sephora fixing the points back to how much I had? Ps.. Thanks for restoring my Rouge Status especially since I've been one for years.

I'm sorry for the confusion! Beauty Insider was temporarily down, however, it is back up and running. You should see both your status and points again 🙂

@heyNurse I had to reset my password because I was locked out of my account via web browser but not via mobile app. After I reset mypassword it could hace been by fluke but my Rouge status and points were restored.
