Package is MIA once again thanks to Ontrac
This happened a month ago and it’s happened again. Ontrac lied about
delivering a package. They said it was delivered to a parcel locker- #1
Only usps has the key to access it and #2 I checked. Empty!...

Missing Samples and Trial Sizes I qualified for
I never received any of my samples or trial sizes of products I
qualified for on my last three orders. I'm really sad and disappointed.
The main reason I shop on-line besides the convenience is to receive
samples and on-line specials. Please help.

I did not recieve samples at all in my last 3 orders and a few other
times through December. I also recieved my makeup forever shadow
shattered due to poor packaging. I guess they are super busy but I spend
money there all year so it sucks.

rouge, last 4 orders not one sample shipped. I was JIPPED OUT OF 16

BIC tier rule
Hi! How is the tier in BiC determined? i contribute fairly often and
started to write reviews for purchases I made. Still at Rookie 1 tier. I
don’t feel motivated about keep doing it. Maybe a better understanding
of the system will help.

Samples missing
I just recieved my sephora order and I am very disappointed that my
samples did not come in. I was looking forward to these samples.. Can
someone tell me how to resolve this if you have had this issue before?
