Samples missing

I just recieved my sephora order and I am very disappointed that my samples did not come in. I was looking forward to these samples.. Can someone tell me how to resolve this if you have had this issue before?

Same here. My last few orders have been missing samples. What’s the point of offering samples if they are not going to put them in the box?
