I had this message today that if I spend $49 , my status will be updated to rouge . I placed an order today but now it’s saying that I need to spend more.i would like someone to honour the initial message .

@jkh11 have you spent $1000 in 2017?  that is the only way to be rouge

Usually the red line would be closer to the end if you only had to spend $49, have you called customer service?

I would call customer service. I ordered last few items to reach rogue yesterday and actually over ordered because I noticed some of my items went out of stock. I may go in store and just buy the palette I wanted. Just wanted to avoid the crowds......
