Tried 5 cards, same error

I keep getting this. I cleared history, cookies, tried different browsers and laptops. Used 4 different cards.

I do not want to order over the phone because I obviously get cash back through beats. Must be because Sephora wants to avoid these promotions. So annoying. Also happened during the 15% off sale and then started working the day the sale was over.
