Missing Samples and Trial Sizes I qualified for

I never received any of my samples or trial sizes of products I qualified for on my last three orders.  I'm really sad and disappointed.  The main reason I shop on-line besides the convenience is to receive samples and on-line specials.  Please help.

I did not recieve samples at all in my last 3 orders and a few other times through December. I also recieved my makeup forever shadow shattered due to poor packaging. I guess they are super busy but I spend money there all year so it sucks.

I have been getting slighted on samples, it seems ever since I've been rouge, last 4 orders not one sample shipped. I was JIPPED OUT OF 16 CONSECUTIVE SAMPLES. 4 ORDERS -- NOT 1 SAMPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
