I made two purchases in December online because the items are online only items. I didn't shop in the store because I couldn't get these particular items in your store and when I called into your CS to request I get my November and December play points I was told no I had to shop in the store to redeem my play cards. We really should be able to redeem our cards on ALL full size purchases. Or make so exceptions for those that don't live near a store, or those who love your items not available in the store ever. Just a thought. I missed out on 100 points because of this. Super disappointed
