NOT Happy!

So I just received my package in the mail, and this is now the fourth time in the last two months that I have NOT received any samples!!! I was understanding around Christmas time and when it happened the first time, but a fourth and after the holidays this is unacceptable! What is the deal? I’m beyond frustrated at this point and wondering if the next order I have coming that shipped out today will have the same issue?!? I expect customer service to fix this!

I just made a similar post! I just got 3 orders in the mail and none of my samples. I spend a hefty amount of money with Sephora, and look forward to the samples. I’m pretty upset I didn’t get any in THREE packages 😡

I am glad I am not the only one. I would hope they would at least try to fix this because that’s what we expect from customer service. I’m sorry your having the same issue. I do look forward to them to and I feel like if you can’t commit and complete what you offer even if it’s free then don’t offer it at all! I have been told recently (last month) that this is a complementary service and they cannot guarantee anything. If it’s on my order and you give me the option to pick out something then it should be in my box when it arrives. That’s just me though.
