AAHHH! Where are my points?

Do points reset at the new year? I lost all my points and am super bummed. I was saving my points for a larger reward. Is there a way to get them back? I thought I had rouge until 12/2018 and am not sure about that either.

Any unredeemed points will only expire after 18 consecutive months of account inactivity. If anyone is still experiencing issues with their Beauty Bank, please send me a private message. 🙂

I’m sure they will reappear in a couple of hours or so, like they did the other day.. Mine are gone too...

That just happened to my account too! I’ve emailed customer service. I’m pretty sure that points didn’t expire, I have been collecting them for something good for a while too!
