What do you do when you make three orders and get zero samples??

I made 3 different orders that all arrived today, and none came with the selected samples. Zero samples on three orders worth a decent amount of money. this is the first time it’s happened to me and I’m pretty upset about it. I always look forward to the samples and it’s the reason I order online.
