What is the point of picking out 3 samples for each online order you
place if they are never in the box when it arrives. this is the 2nd time

No Samples Again!
The entire reason I order online is for the samples! Very disappointing.
This is the third time this has happened. They are listed in my order on
the app but not on the package slip that came in the box. What's going
on?

I think this problem has to do with where the order is shipped from. All
of my orders from Utah have had no samples or the wrong ones. My orders
from New York both had the correct samples.

My order from December had 0 samples. I just received another order
today and it had one fragrance samples that I didn’t even pick. I order
