Still having sample issues

Is anyone else not getting samples and getting all of the same sample? I thought this would get better as I have had this problem for the last two months on all my orders. I spoke with someone from customer service on here last time and she asked what samples I preferred assuming she was going to fix the issue but I never received anything. Today, I received two different orders. One had two of the same sample, didn’t even get a third one. The other, had two of the exact same samples as the first and yet again I didn’t get a third. Why is this happening?

I wasn’t going to bother responding, even when the last order I had delivered AGAIN had no samples, making the total with absolutely NO samples SIX orders out of last EIGHT delivered. However, now my order placed on 1/5 to be delivered TODAY, 1/8, is several states away. I’ve called Sephora customer support about the lack of samples, and was told, essentially, “sorry, but a great way to sample products is to stop by a store”. Again, not possible for me to “stop by a store”. I also asked if there was any way possible to “flag” my account somehow, to be sure I receive at least some samples (even if they are not the ones I requested), since I’m having such a problem. Again, I was told “sorry, we are unable to do anything of the sort; try stopping by your local store”. This is CRAZY!! What is the problem here??

I have also been dealing with the same thing!! I clearly chose my three samples which I was very excited to try, and nothing showed up in the order confirmation. I called right away as I know they have a small window to make changes and she said they couldn’t do anything about it and that she hasn’t heard anyone else have this problem...even though I haven’t gotten any samples in months.

I just received my 4th order within the last month and this one as well as the last three contained absolutely no samples at all.  I don't even know why I choose them carefully if they never come in my box.  So disappointing as I look forward to trying new products.

I have had 4 orders shipped this month without samples. I was basically told sorry, but u can always go to a Sephora store for samples. I do not have a local Sephora. After several emails, I was given 200 extra points to my account, but was told there is no way Sephora can ensure that I receive any samples with my orders. C/S has gone WAY downhill in the last 6-8 months.

The stores here don’t give samples unless you ask and they will only give you one and are rude about it! I don’t get why. Well maybe things will improve after the holidays who knows but that’s why I shop sephora, I like getting samples so I can try it before I buy it.
