points

Hello customer support! On the skincare section of the shopping area it says 2x points. I just purchased a couple of items but didn’t received 2x point. Can that be fixed? Thank you guys.

@Anonymous not sure if this was resolved for you but I sent an email to customer service today and they got back to me promptly and adjusted my points. Might be an idea for you if you haven’t already! 🙂

Hi! I am having the same issue. I made a skincare purchase yesterday simply because of the 2x the points! I did read on another thread that it could take up to 24 hours to get the extra points but I am pretty much at that time now. Hoping this can be resolved! Thanks 🙂

Customer support.. any insight or assistance?! I still haven’t had my points update to reflect the 2x skincare promotion. Thanks for any assistance in advance!

With any points promotions it usually takes about 48-72 hours for your points to update to the 2X points. If you still do not see this reflected on your account, please send me a PM with your registered email address and I can look into this further for you!
