Flash Shipping Issues?

I placed an order on 12/28 and received an email saying that it had shipped on 12/29. When I view the tracking information in the app, it says that my order was shipped with flash 2-day shipping. However it does not show an estimated delivery date; after contacting customer service, I was given an estimated delivery date of 1/8, 10 days after it shipped. I am on the west coast, so weather isn't a factor here, as far as I know. Has anyone had similar issues lately?

Hi @srsmith317, my apologies for the delayed order! Some of our warehouses are located on the east coast, where they are experiencing severe weather. If your order is being shipped from a warehouse affected by the winter storm, it could be delaying your order and we appreciate your patience!

I mean according to the tracking information, it shipped out of Salt Lake City and then sat in Reno for like a week, but sure. Weather.
