Sephora not honoring Beauty Offers?!

Okay, Sephora, you've been completely messing up my 3 samples for quite some time. But now you're not even honoring my request for Beauty Offers (as a VIB member and someone who has placed an order for at least $25). On my most recent order, I used the code VITALITY so that I could receive a 10 piece sample set of Algenist's GENIUS Liquid Collagen (which I have been wanting to try). However, when I received my order from you, not only did I NOT get the 3 particular samples I had requested, I only received 1 sample of the GENIUS Liquid Collagen. Sephora shorted me NINE SAMPLES!!! I contacted Sephora via their contact form about this matter but have received no email response so now I have to come here and complain. I want the NINE samples of Algenist's GENIUS Liquid Collagen that you owe me please. If someone could respond to this message and tell me that Sephora will indeed be sending me the NINE samples that it owes me, I would appreciate it.
