2018 rouge gift

hi there im trying to claim my gift for making it to rouge status for 2018. I tried looking for it at the reward bazaar but nothing shows. Does it mean it is out of stock and I have to wait till the new year to get one?

I made Rouge Jan 2018 and am not seeing anything regarding this in my account either.  I sent an email to CS... I hope someone can help me with this.

I did have this in my rewards bazaar but went to purchase something today and it was removed from my cart and the bazaar.
