Rookie 1 status

How do you level up past rookie one on this app? I've used it a lot and consistently spend way too much money and am still a rookie?

Hi @Balta398 the rookie status depends on your participation in the community/reviews/beauty board/etc. No one knows how it works. Even the most active members who were once Hall of Famers are now rookies and haven't moved.

Then there must be something up with the online program. I am going into sephora on Sunday to get some much needed help with stuff because I am an actual rookie/noob to the whole makeup game/getting it off my face at the end of the night game. I'll report back if I learn anything!
