Me too- every order is a crap shoot- I can get anywhere from 3 samples
to zero samples- and the ones I do get aren’t even the ones I pick at
check out. So irritating! If the people picking our orders ...

@hollz14 Out of 5 orders I received this month, 1 had no samples at all
and another only had 2. The other three orders had three samples each.

I’ve also experienced missing or different samples in 9 out of 10
orders. What’s the point of picking them out if they’re gonna send
whatever they want or nothing at all?

Delay in processing order
Hi, I placed my order on Sunday (I know that it will usually not be
processed until the next day) however, it is Tuesday and the order is
still showing as "in process". Can you please advise what the delay is?
