Dissaspointing

Customer service email won't work. And I typed this all out. I purchased the fenty foundation and was shade matched by an employee to shade 150. Last week when I opened the box it is way too dark (just ran out of my KVD foundation). I went to the store, asked to be shade matched again today and she matched me to 110, much better match and actually looked good. I then pulled out my 150 and said, "I was matched to this shade, can I exchange" I was told they would have to look up my purchase (no receipt) I gave them both of my cards and she didn't find it that way. She then said she can't just return no receipt in case I stole it.? She then found my information under my VIB card showing my purchase. She told me she could only give me "like $3" for it. I've never returned/exchanged before I just wanted the correct shade after an employee incorrectly matched me. I didn't want money. She suggested I buy a too light shade and mix.. that seems silly when I could just have my shade. I also don't appreciate the comment like I'm a theif.
