My sephora order is still pending

Hi there i just want to make sure that i recieve my order. I placed two orders last night and it still says pending and that makes me concerned.. i placed an order last week and recivied it in a day. Can you please tell me what that means.. i payedd well over 100 dollars and want to make sure i recieve my products.  Please get back to me.
