I'm trying to check out and I know that all of my card information is correct but it keeps saying that something is wrong with it... I have enough money on it, I just can't pay 😞

I would call in for assistance with this. 😉 Our Beauty Advisors are available by calling, 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672), Monday – Friday 5am PT to 9pm PT and Saturday & Sunday 6am PT to 9pm PT. If you can't call in, please keep in mind that billing information is case sensitive so it must be entered exactly the same on orders. This includes punctuation, abbreviations, and the name on the card. Thanks!
