Samples missing again

I just received another online order last week and for the fourth time in a row of ordering online I did not receive any samples at all. It’s getting kind of frustrating now. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Oh my goodness it makes me mad!!! It’s gotten worse the last 2 years. I order many many times a month and they never ever get it right anymore!-if I get any at all!!! It’s become a running joke in my house but honestly I’m sick of it.

I really do think this is the new norm... and its not okay. I contacted customer service just the other day because my samples weren't included. Maybe its just me but i like to try before i buy, so they are the ones ultimately losing out.

@RaquelBT  Thanks but I don’t recall which order it was. I went to a store this weekend and got some samples so I’m good.

Me too- every order is a crap shoot- I can get anywhere from 3 samples to zero samples- and the ones I do get aren’t even the ones I pick at check out.  So irritating!  If the people picking our orders aren’t even going to try to pick the correct samples, Sephora should just do what Ulta does (skincare, fragrance, etc) and choose samples based on a selected category. I don’t live anywhere near a Sephora, so not getting a sample I’ve chosen at checkout is a total bummer. It’s like the company just doesn’t care anymore 😞.

Right? What’s the point of even offering it anymore if they don’t even substitute. Frustrating

@hollz14 Out of 5 orders I received this month, 1 had no samples at all and another only had 2. The other three orders had three samples each.

I’ve also experienced missing or different samples in 9 out of 10 orders. What’s the point of picking them out if they’re gonna send whatever they want or nothing at all?

Same here, I don't mind when they substitute samples, but I didn't receive any at all.
